Code to Inspire in Herat, PARSA in Kabul, the Bamiyan Weavers Project, and SOLA School of Leadership Afghanistan, now in Rwanda and a magnet for Afghan girls in the global diaspora since the Taliban return to power with online tutors for Afghan women and girls in the diaspora via SOLAx, are also among our recipient NGOs.
Since our launch as an unincorporated association in 1991, we have supported partner NGOs throughout Afghanistan, providing education, healthcare, and nutrition to marginalized and struggling Afghan women and children. Our capacity to reach this often-underserved population has dramatically expanded since our incorporation in 2014 as a 501c(3) charity.
